To ensure that no-one can open the AED cabinet without you being aware, this cabinet is fitted with a loud alarm that will sound whenever the cabinet is opened.

This alarm can act both as an anti-theft alarm and also as an indiction to others nearby that there is an emergency situation in progress.

To ensure that the defibrillator is accessible at all times the cabinet is not lockable.
